Dr. Ryan Jansonius (Scientist) holds a PhD University of British Columbia. He has made a 10 year career working in low carbon technologies including solar cells, water electrolysis and CO2 conversion. Ryan co-founded a startup ThorTech Reactors, focused on driving hydrogenation reactions using water and electricity as the only inputs. Ryan’s role at Telescope focuses on developing technologies for the low carbon extraction of lithium from low quality brines and waste water.
