Dr. Al-Durra is a polyglot, cloud architect, and scholar. In his current role as a Worldwide Healthcare Cloud Architect with Microsoft, he enjoys his daily work in developing and implementing interoperability and digital healthcare solutions for the top 500 strategic accounts in the public, education and private sector. Prior to joining Microsoft, he developed and architected software solutions for numerous healthcare projects; clinical trials platform for pharmaceuticals, electronic medical record systems (EMRs), radiology clinical decision support system, personal health records (HealthVault), HL7/FHIR, and major provincial wait times and electronic triage systems (eCTAS) in Ontario, Canada.
