Moazam is the Director of Health at Velocity, a globally recognized entrepreneurship program at the University of Waterloo. At Velocity, Moazam leads one of the largest concentrations of health innovations in Canada. Moazam is passionate about empowering early stage founders to create successful ventures and providing them with the support they need to succeed.

Moazam’s expertise in venture creation, regulations, clinical trials, venture capital and commercialization has enabled him to make a significant impact on the health technology landscape. Prior to joining Velocity, Moazam founded two successful digital health companies, taking them from ideation to commercialization. He has been recognized for his exceptional achievements; graduating with distinction from both the Faculty of Science and Faculty of Engineering at the University of Waterloo and receiving the prestigious Alumni Achievement Award.
