Ling is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Ontario Autism Program Clinical Supervisor with 19 years of clinical experience implementing behavioural interventions for autistic individuals, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is a certified Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist and holds certifications in ADOS-2, Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) and PEAK Level 1.

She served as Co-chair for the Program Advisory Committee, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) and has taught post-graduate courses in behavioural sciences and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for 6 years. Ling also delivers parent training workshops through Autism Ontario and has worked internationally to help clinics deliver effective, ethical and sustainable practices. More recently, she has branched her work to include adults with aphasia.
