Cara Lachance is the founder of Innovative Health Pathways (IHP). She is an experienced leader and registered nurse with expertise in occupational health nursing, risk management and quality and patient safety. Cara’s passion for helping people has elevated her to wanting to impact health care at a system level. She is experienced in process improvement, change management, team formation and behaviour change, a LEAN Sensei and a Master trained coach. Cara has spent more than two decades in health care, mining industry learning about health and safety and how to help organizations use data to drive change. Cara presents an interesting concept to bridge a gap between industry and health care.
