Dr. Alison Smith is the co-founder and chief scientist of Roga: a next-gen mental healthcare platform designed to support employees who are suffering with high stress and burnout. A former adjunct faculty member from the University of Waterloo, Dr. Smith is a neuroscientist who specializes in the development of brain stimulation wearables and digital health products to enhance mental health.
